The Professionals

Finally, we have the professional level camera. Each one usually costs in the thousands of dollars range, and has multiple cameras, as well as often custom stitching software.

This is the Nokia Ozo. As you can see, there are multiple different cameras built into the body here, all of which have a 195 degree field of view, allowing for a full 360 capture, as well as omnidirectional audio capture.

Obviously with so much data, stitching becomes even more complicated. Thankfully the Ozo comes with it’s own software to make this a little easier. For those of you with a computer that can handle it, download the free software and take a look at the example footage. Try stitching it together!
